Product Overview

Bay Double Hung windows provide ageless curb appeal and thermal performance, resulting in exceptional good looks and lower energy costs. Convenient design allows both sash to tilt to the interior for easy, safe cleaning.

Features & Options Build Quality

Factory applied one-piece, extruded aluminum color-matched nailing fin/drip cap applied at head of aluminum clad units provides a tight seal when the unit is properly flashed and installed in the opening. Patented, mill finished aluminum, folding nailing fin applied at sides and sill makes for easy installation.
  2. Real wood interior complements any home’s décor.
  3. Super Spacer glazing provides energy efficient thermal performance for year-round interior comfort.
  4. Weather resistant beauty with heavy-duty low maintenance extruded aluminum cladding.
  5. Easy operation with tension-free, true counter balanced power balance system. Optional new concealed jambliner available, call for details.
  6. Effectively designed weather stripping on the perimeter of frame and sash provides a long-lasting seal for performance and comfort.
  7. Extra thermal performance provided by a foam-filled head and sill envelope.

Triple-Pane Performance on Dual-Pane Units

LoE-i89 on the 4th surface of your windows allows you to get near triple-pane performance in a double-pane unit, and meet the toughest energy guidelines as well. Finally, LoE-i89 can be purchased in hurricane-resistant laminated glass in a variety of shapes and sizes.

LoE 366 Neat®*

Keep your exterior glass cleaner, longer. This glazing option is manufactured with a unique titanium dioxide layer that reacts chemically with the sun’s UV rays that causes organic materials that are on the glass to decompose. It works even on cloudy days, as 80% of the UV rays still penetrate the cloud cover. So when it rains, the decomposed dirt no longer clings to the glass and is easily rinsed away leaving the glass clean and your view more enjoyable.
